I started training at Beach Gym when I learned that, at 37 years old I had osteopaenia in my spine. As a past elite-level triathlete I was used to long, hard workouts. It took a while to accept that the 20 to 30 minute workouts that were tailored for me were “enough”. But a few months later I couldn’t believe the results I was experiencing. My strength was significantly improved and I was leaner and more muscular than I had ever been, even when training 15 hours a week as a semi-professional athlete. Lee never lost focus of my goal, which was to increase my bone density, and took care to ensure my workouts accomplished this. This approach was very successful since a bone scan a year later showed a significant increase in my bone density and I no longer have osteopaenia. The training was always interesting and challenged my body in many different ways. Lee's depth of knowledge in this field is remarkable and I can honestly say that training with him has improved every aspect of my life.

Lee’s training encompasses a realistic and simple approach to fitness, but with that said, it’s tough, grueling work, and every session has proven to be a unique challenge.
